She is Graduate in Sociology & Graduate in Law (LL.B.). She has 35 year experience in the base line survey, data collection, Reporting & implementation of rural development, entrepreneurship development, micro credit activity, formation and stabilization of SHGs, natural resource management, land and water management, employment generation, sustainable agriculture, community organization , strengthening of Panchayati Raj institution, micro planning and implementation of district poverty reduction project (DPRP) etc.
