MSKPP is non-governmental, non-profitable, non-political and non-religious organization mainly working for the empowerment of women. It is established on 25th September 1986 and started work on self-employment, vocational training, and entrepreneurship development of both rural and urban women. Organization had been registered on 21/03/91 under Madhya Pradesh Society Registration Act 1973 with registration number 25273. MSKPP is registered under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) 1976 on date 18/10/2002 with registration no. 327480011. MSKPP is committed to well being of women through their economic and social empowerment. It is targeted through engagement of women with income generating activities. MSKPP moves with capacity building, skill and entrepreneurship development among women that bring them into their sustainable existence. MSKPP includes poor, deprived and oppressed under its action.

 Near about 2000 women has been trained and self-employed through our vocational training centers, MSKPP Establish a Sakhi credit cooperative society (Sakhi bank) for economic empowerment of women. Where 1302 women’s are entrepreneurship development own business started and near about 10000 women (account holders) are doing thrift and credit activities though bank.

The Vision of M.S.K.P.P. is to build Self reliant and Self-governed society where women have equal control and say in the total process of development.

Mission

Development of a social system through focusing on women in the adopted village that is controlled by weaker, worker and farming section of the society, on one hand fights against the local exploitation and, on the other alleviates poverty via organizing the poor, building their confidence, bringing out their leadership qualities and creating awareness in own capabilities , power of unity, social, financial, political and community spirit.

-Eliminating gender bias and women exploitation in building modern society    by creating social, economic and political awareness among women.

-To aware women for ecology, conservation, environment and group     plantation.
-Promotion of sustainable agriculture.
– Creating awareness among people for human rights.

Whole Chhattisgarh but now working mainly in Bilaspur- masturi block, bilha block, takhatpur block, Mungeli-mungeli block, Janjgir-Champa-pamgarh block, Mahasamund-bagbahara block.

  2. Working for poverty alleviation through building of people’s institutional and organization.
  3. Facilitating them find solution for their problems themselves through organization of necessary     training programmes, meeting, workshops, conference and exposure tour etc.

She has 35 year experience in the base line survey, data collection, Reporting & implementation of rural development, entrepreneurship development, micro credit activity, formation and stabilization of SHGs, natural resource management, land and water management, employment generation, sustainable agriculture, community organization , strengthening of Panchayati Raj  institution, micro planning and implementation of district poverty reduction project (DPRP) etc.
